VAR

Vacuum consumable remelting furnace (ferrous metal/non-ferrous metal) (VAR/RVAR) is a complete set of vacuum smelting equipment that uses DC arc as heat source to melt metal under vacuum conditions. It consists of furnace body, power control system, vacuum and inert gas system, cooling water system, weighing system, X-Y adjustment system, camera system, auxiliary systems such as compressed air, full-automatic smelting control system and safety alarm system. Vacuum consumable remelting furnace (VAR) performs consumable remelting of ferrous metals under high vacuum environment to improve the purity and uniformity of metal materials. Vacuum consumable remelting furnace (RVAR) performs consumable remelting of non-ferrous active metals under high vacuum environment. It is a special metallurgical equipment specially used for melting non-ferrous active metals such as titanium, zirconium and their alloys.

VIM

Vacuum induction melting furnace (VIM) is a complete set of vacuum smelting equipment that uses medium frequency induction heating principle to melt metal under vacuum conditions. It is mainly composed of melting chamber, ingot casting chamber, launder chamber, upper feeding chamber, alloy feeding chamber, side feeding chamber, vacuum system, power supply system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling water system, etc. The equipment capacity is between 0.025-30T, usually 0.025-0.5T is a single-chamber periodic furnace, and 1T-30T is a multi-chamber semi-continuous furnace. According to the type of smelting material, vacuum induction melting furnace can be divided into master alloy melting furnace and deformation alloy melting furnace; according to the type of furnace, vacuum induction melting furnace can be divided into periodic furnace and semi-continuous furnace.

PESR

The pressurized electroslag furnace (PESR) is a metallurgical equipment that uses the heat energy generated by the passage of electric current through high-resistance molten slag to remelt metals. Select the composition content of the consumable composite electrode base material and the weight percentage of each raw material; smelt the consumable electrode base material, fill the alloy tube with nitrogen alloy particles and deoxidizer, weld it to the base material to make a consumable composite electrode, weld it to the dummy electrode, and clamp it to the electrode; put the arc starter on the bottom water tank under the consumable electrode; bake the slag for 3 to 10 hours, pour it into the crystallizer, and seal the smelting chamber; slag under nitrogen conditions at a current of 1000 to 2000A; then increase the pressure of the smelting chamber and cooling water to 3 to 10MPa, and smelt at a current of 2000 to 6000A; smelting ends when the smelting current drops below 1000A.
